Goodbye US, Hello Santiago!

First of all, congrats to Mexico on their awesome win on Thursday; Chicharito and Blanco were great! As for the US, you should have won, but regardless it was a great game too.

Congrats to all of the seniors that graduated this weekend! I really enjoyed going to your graduations as I got to see what I will be experiencing next year. Good luck to all of you, not that any of you need it.

So, yeah. I leave today. I'm really excited for the upcoming months, but this weekend has been an emotional one, so it is hard to feel any excitement at the moment. I'm 100% sure it will all hit me once when I'm at the airport. I love airports, airplanes, and all things related to travelling; I just hope everything goes as planned-it's supposed to rain today so I'm a little nervous. Packing yesterday was much easier than I thought it would be. It's so hot here in Chicago, I actually got excited thinking of all the winter clothes I'm going to need in Chile. I still have a few things left to do here in Evanston (shower, clean my room/bathroom for my roommate, call the fams, etc.) but I should be heading out to O'Hare in about 3 hours. I should be in Santiago at around 8am (9am central) Monday morning.
